A: Check-in time is at 4pm.
Q: Is the hotel smoke-free?
A: Yes, Best Western Plus Hilltop Inn has a smoke-free policy. We take pride in a clean, smoke-free environment for all our guests to enjoy comfortably. We do offer a smoking section located away from the rooms on the southside of the hotel.
Q: Do you offer Internet access?
A: We are pleased to offer complimentary Wireless Internet access property wide.
Q: Do you have a fitness center?
A: We do have a fitness center located next to the lobby, on the 1st floor, equipped with treadmills, Stationary Bike and an elliptical machine hours available 6am-10pm daily.
Q: Do you offer room service?
A: No, but orders can be taken and picked up at the restaurants hostess stand.
Q: Do you have a Business Center?
A: Yes, Business services are located on the main floor in our lobby. We have 3 desktop computers with printing capabilities. Additional services or requests can be accommodated at the front desk such as copies and faxing.
Q: Do you have ADA compliant rooms?
A: Yes, we have ADA accessible rooms available upon request. It is highly recommended to contact the hotel in advance when requesting an ADA accessible room.
Q: Can I get a package delivered to the hotel?
A: We would be happy to receive a package on your behalf. Please notate on the package that you are a guest at the hotel, including your arrival date, so we can have your package ready upon arrival to the hotel.

A: The hotel has a 24-hour cancellation policy. Reservations must be cancelled 24 hours prior to 6pm the day before check-in and 48 hours for groups & or special events.

A: Yes, we offer roll-a-way beds and pack-n-plays, based on availability, at an additional charge.

A: From Interstate 5, take the Cypress Ave exit #677. Turn east onto E Cypress Ave, then turn left onto Hilltop Drive. Our hotel is located on your left at 2300 Hilltop Drive.

A: Yes, an additional charge of $20.00 we reserve specific rooms so please call the hotel to make arrangements based on availability.

A: Yes, Security is provided from 7pm to 7am each day.
